YOU DESERVE THIS
Self-care + self-love

As women, we are stretched to and beyond our deepest capacity often taking care of so much outside of ourselves—our children, our partners, our work, and sometimes even our parents or our friends—that we forget to prioritize ourselves. We forget how to attune to our needs. We forget how to listen to our body. We forget who we are.
This retreat is to help us re-center and come home to ourselves. To remember who we are. To honor and accept who we are in our truest and fullest form. At the retreat, you will have the safe, uninterrupted space to slow down, unwind, and bring all of yourself to the table. To sink into mindful introspection and listen to the rhythms and rituals that are calling to you.
This is YOUR time to do what's best for you. To heal, to let go of perfectionism, to rediscover who you are, to welcome back your intrinsic truths that have been forgotten (and the confidence to claim them), to make space for the internal power that already exists within you, and to profoundly deepen your heart, body, and mind connection so you can step back into your most authentic self. A connection that you will get to take back with you into your daily life and live how you were meant to live, in your fullest expression of truth.

Cozy Mountain home
LOCATION

LOCATION

Join us for a restorative weekend at this historic 1920s shingle style home nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Designed by prolific architect Shannon Merriweather, and perched on a ridge with 180-degree views of Warrior and Melrose Mountains, this multi-level estate is fully furnished with sixteen Persian rugs, deep soaking tubs, and an eclectic mix of vintage furniture.
Sink into a new rhythm as you watch the mist rise over the mountains from the sunroom in the mornings, meditate by the fireplace in the grand living room, share a nourishing meal in the antique dining room, and end your day in a healing ritual of stillness as you watch the sunset from the deck. This is where you come home to yourself.
